If you're signed-up as a Freelance player, that means you're signing on as an independent, non-exclusive sub-contractor to help us service our accounts utilizing your niche services (ie. photography, copywriting, design, illustration, development, etc...)

You'll agree to jump into our project management and billing systems to help managers track your efforts and keep initiatives on-budget.

Be prepared to send a link to your body of work and formulate a few sentences about your goals and aspirations as an independent worker.

You should produce strong, principled work within a niche discipline and have a willingness to work openly with others.

Small teams that already have project and account management capabilities can choose to service and bill the client directly, or have us take on that responsiblity if it frees your teams up to produce faster.

We're not a broker and keep our budgets lean for our client initiatives. So our first step is to identify, based on the clients' needs, which party is best suited to primarily lead the account.

If we decide our client is better served with you owning the account and taking the lead because of your specialties, then we'll refer work directly to you.

Can Players be Partners too? Heck Yeah...

Listen Playa... if you've got the chops to handle accounts and manage projects within a client's delicate eco-system, than please apply for both and we'll know based on the client request and your application details how to proceed.

We hope our more entreprenerual freelance players grow into preferred partners over time as they scale up and hire their own managers to handle growing demand!
